REGION — On March 19, 2016 Our Wayne County 4-H Horse Judging Team competed in a Penn State Block and Bridle event known as the Spring Judging Workout.

The event was held at the University Park campus of Penn State.

4-H Participants from all counties were demonstrating their skills in Judging Halter classes of various breeds and Performance classes in various disciplines.

Our Wayne County Team expertly coached by Amy Rutledge and Brenda Gibbon performed exceptionally well.
