Sean recently accompanied me on a trip to Endicott to see what the area was all about.

Of course part of his motivation was having root beer at the A&W Restaurant.

Russ drove around and pointed out different places to Sean. He also got to see different parts of Vestal and Johnson City.

The main attraction came at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City when we went to GlowGolf.

Yes you read that correctly. It's glow in the dark mini golf.

GlowGolf was a really neat place. A black light is used throughout the course and shows off the various scenes and obstacles.

For a great price we played multiple rounds of mini golf, as there were 54 holes to play.

Mini golf is always a fun activity although I don't get to do it often. It was really cool to go to a place like GlowGolf and get a unique experience with it as well.

We were having a blast playing the game. Russ turned around and not only had a hole-in-one, but he had three of them.

He still can't believe he even got that many since two of them had more complicated obstacles.

I was most amazed with the hole-in-one that had these bars that were set up so when you hit the ball, it could zigzag.

That took me several hits to even get the ball all the way through, then Russ turns around and boom, it goes right in. It was a pretty awesome shot though I must say.

In Sean's case, it had been awhile since he went mini golfing so it was like he was learning all over again.

He kept trying to whack the ball and would miss it a few times. Russ and I kept giving him tips on how to hold the putter.

I think he eventually got the hang of it. Sean had some pretty good hits throughout the course.

As for me, well mini golf isn't my strong suit. It definitely wasn't like our time at Chuckster's when I got my first hole-in-one.

Some of these obstacles were pretty challenging and it would take me forever to get the ball in the hole.

It all worked out because the three of us had a great time and enjoyed bonding.

If you get a chance to go to a place like GlowGolf, go for it. A game of glow in the dark mini golf is a ton of fun for everyone involved.
