Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:
Sally M. Pulis, age 27, of Eldred, NY was sentenced to a fine of $600 for the crime of False Reports. On April 23, 2012, at a retail store in Westfall Township, Pulis reported to a police officer that a certain individual threatened and harassed her knowing that this did not occur.
Malik Pitchford, age 21, of Milford was sentenced to 48 hours to 6 months in the Pike County Jail, ordered to pay a fine totaling $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Underage Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Intoxicating Beverages.
On or about June 30, 2013 in Delaware Township, Pitchford, being a minor less than 21 years of age, operated a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .15%.
Michael C. Anderson, age 20, of Greentown was sentenced to 18 months of Probation, fined a total of $800 and ordered to pay restitution for the crimes of Possession of an Instrument of Crime and three counts of Criminal Mischief.
Between September 29 and October 15 of 2013, in Greene Township, Anderson used a crow bar to enter vehicles of three individuals with the intent to steal items resulting in damage to the three vehicles.
Shanna M. Oamil, age 26 years, of Milford was sentenced to 24 months of Probation, fined a total of $1,500 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $387.34 for the crimes of Retail Theft, 3 counts of Theft by Deception and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On or about February 23, 2013, Oamil took $259.72 worth of merchandise from a Westfall business and between March 19, 2013 and October 11, 2012, she obtained $514.96 from a retail store in Westfall and in Matamoras by returning illegally obtained merchandise without a receipt and receiving store credit.
On March 19, 2013, in Westfall Township, Oamil was found in possession of a syringe and other items for the purpose of ingesting heroin.
Heather Krug, age 28, of Matamoras was sentenced to 18 months of Probation and ordered to pay a fine totaling $750 for the crime of Theft from a Motor Vehicle.
On June 3, 2013, in Matamoras, Krug entered the vehicle of an individual and took, without permission, CDs, $63 and a pocketbook valued at $25.
Thomas M. Skala, age 24, of Milford was sentenced to 6 months of Probation and fined a total of $300 for the crime of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On November 13, 2011, in Dingman Township, Skala was found in possession of a glass vile, an item commonly used for the purpose of ingesting, preparing, processing or introducing a controlled substance into the human body.
Mark Delade, age 23, currently serving time in Wayne County Prison on another charge, was sentenced to 1 to 12 months in state prison to run consecutive with his current sentence for a total of 8 to 48 months and fined a total of $500 for the crime of Receiving Stolen Property.
On September 13, 2013, in Lackawaxen Township, Delade was found in possession of an XBOX and video game valued at approximately $260 knowing it had been stolen.
William J. Passarella, age 33, currently serving time in Delaware County Correctional Facility was sentenced to 16 months to 36 months in state prison to run consecutive with his prison term in Delaware County for a total of 37 months to 7 years plus ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Access Device Fraud.
On September 4, 2012 through October 10, 2012, in Blooming Grove Township, Passarella used an American Express credit card issued to another individual, without her consent, to purchase merchandise in excess of $2,000.
Jarret Griffin, age 35, of Bushkill was sentenced to 1 to 18 months in the Pike County Jail and fined a total of $300 for the crime of Attempt to Commit Theft.
On March 26, 2013, Griffin attempted to steal piping and other materials with the use of tools from the crawl space of a residence in Lehman Township.
Crystal Ryno, age 26, of Hackettstown, NJ was sentenced to 18 months of Probation and fined $200 for the crime of Forgery.
On September 19, 2013, at a retail store in Westfall Township, Ryno signed the name of another individual on the receipt for purchases totaling $301.42 on a Discover credit card which she was not authorized to use.
