The following guilty pleas were heard by the Honorable Raymond L. Hamill, Presiding Judge, Wayne County, January 24th:


The following guilty pleas were heard by the Honorable Raymond L. Hamill, Presiding Judge, Wayne County, January 24th:
•Christopher Augustus Chalk, age 32, of Madison Township, PA pled guilty to one count of Disorderly Conduct.  The incident occurred on May 15, 2007, in Lehigh Township when Chalk and a Co-Defendant engaged in a fight at a local bar. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6, 2008.
•Sean Mahon, age 27, of Canadensis, PA pled guilty to one count of Possession of Marijuana.  The incident occurred on August 10, 2007, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police observed Mahon speeding.  At that time, Mahon was discovered to be in possession of Marijuana.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 13, 2008.
•Cynthia Hubbard, of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Bad Checks.  The incident occurred in Honesdale Borough when Hubbard passed a check written in the amount of $450.00 knowing that the check would not be honored.  She is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, 2008.
•Brad Martin Wenk, age 19 of Lakewood, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI (Minor).  The incident occurred on May 5, 2007, in Mt. Pleasant Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a two vehicle crash.  His BAC was .26%.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, 2008.
•Vernon Dale Hall, age 57 of Carbondale, PA pled guilty to one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of False ID or Statements on Reports.  The incident occurred in August 11, 2007 in Paupack Township when Hall provided false information to Conservation Officers during an investigation.  At that time, Hall was discovered to be in possession of a metal pipe and Marijuana.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, 2008.
•Wayne A. Heath, age 58 of Tafton, PA pled guilty to one count of Theft By Deception. The incident occurred on December 15, 2006, in Salem Township when Heath received approximately $26,000.00 to complete home improvements on a private residence.  However, Heath failed to start the project and did not return the money to the Victim.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6, 2008.
•Patrick P. Porter, age 55 of Starlight, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI.  The incident occurred on April 21, 2007, in Damascus Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.  His BAC was .15%.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, 2008.
•Jesse Alberio, age 33 of Troy, PA pled guilty to one count of Defraud Secured Creditors.  The incident occurred on August 25, 2006, in Honesdale Borough when Alberio moved two vehicles to an unknown location after being notified that the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department levied on the vehicles due to a judgment against Alberio.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6, 2008.
•Joshua Ammerman, age 18 of Beach Lake, PA pled guilty to three counts of Criminal Mischief. The incident occurred on July 22, 2007, in Honesdale Borough when Ammermann fired an air rifle at two vehicles.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6, 2008.
•Alexis Veronica Lennon, age 23 of Greentown, PA pled guilty to one count of Criminal Trespass. The incident occurred on August 29, 2007, in Lehigh Township when Lennon entered a private residence and began to fight with the occupants.  She is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, 2008.
•Jason J. Allison, age 22 of Carbondale, PA pled guilty to one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Sell/Furnish Liquor, Malt, Brewed Beverage to Minors.  The incident occurred on September 6, 2007, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police found a vehicle parked near the Cliff.   Upon approaching the vehicle, Officers detected a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. At that time it was also discovered that Allison had provided alcoholic beverages to the minor occupants of the vehicle.   He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 28, 2008.
•Jamie Lynn Laplant, age 19 of White Mills, PA pled guilty to one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.  The incident occurred on July 1, 2007, in Cherry Ridge Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed LaPlant traveling erratically.  At that time, LaPlant was found to be in possession of Marijuana.  She is scheduled to be sentenced on February 28, 2008.
•Labree Charmaine Kellogg, age 20 of Moscow, PA pled guilty to one count of Criminal Trespass and one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking.  The incident occurred on September 25, 2007, and September 26, 2007, in Salem Township when Kellogg and a Co-Defendant burglarized a local Subway Restaurant.  She is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6, 2008.
•Todd Andrew Enslin, age 21 of Carbondale, PA pled guilty to one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked and one count of DUI (Minor).  The incident occurred on September 6, 2007, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police found a vehicle parked near the Cliff.   His BAC was .04%.  Enslin was a minor at the time of the incident.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6, 2008.
•Richard VanDine, age 60 of Beach Lake, PA pled guilty to one count of Harassment.  The incident occurred between March 1, 2007, and October 26, 2007, in Berlin Township when VanDine repeatedly made inappropriate comments to a young female Victim.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 28, 2008.
•Susan Marie Pevec, age 29 of Browndale, PA pled guilty to two counts of False Reports to Law Enforcement Officers.  The incidents occurred during the period of November 1, 2006, through May 22, 2007, wherein Pevec provided false information to Pennsylvania State Police relating to the abuse of her son (now age 2) with the intent to falsify implicate Christopher White, Kathy White, Marsha Visconti and/or Kevin White in the abuse.  She also provided false information concerning other alleged abuse to her son when she knew she had no such knowledge relating to such offense or incident of abuse.  Pevec is scheduled to be sentenced on March 13, 2008.  She faces a possible maximum sentence of 3 years in jail and/or a fine of $7,500.00.
