Entries must be received at the Wayne Independent office by 5 p.m. on the Friday before the games are played. Mail or drop off entry to Pigskin Pick’em, The Wayne Independent, 220 8th St., Honesdale, PA 18431. No e-mails or faxes, please.
*Copies of this form are acceptable. Each week, the person correctly selecting the most winners for the games listed will win $50. In the event of a tie, the person closet to guessing the total number of points scored in all of the games will win. To be considered valid, all entries must be received at the Wayne Independent office by 5 p.m. on the Friday before the games are played. Faxes and e-mails entries are not accepted. Entries must be signed. All entries must be completed with accurate information. Falsifying information will result in rejection of an entry. By entering, you are consenting for the use of your name in the Wayne Independent and any of its products. The Wayne Independent reserves the right to invalidate an entry if cheating is suspected. Review of the picks and determination of the winner will be conducted by the Wayne Independent staff.
