*Copies of this form are acceptable. Each week, the person correctly selecting the most winners for the games listed will win $50. In the event of a tie, the person closet to guessing the total number of points scored in all of the games will win. To be considered valid, all entries must be received at the Wayne Independent office by 5 p.m. on the Friday before the games are played. Faxes and e-mails entries are not accepted. Entries must be signed. All entries must be completed with accurate information. Falsifying information will result in rejection of an entry.
