Shannon Petrovick, 44, of Milanville, a cabinetmaker, carpenter, and longtime resident of the area, died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at home. The son of the late Anthony Patrovick and Candace Gustafson Petrovick, he was born in Pequannock, NJ.

A family statement reads, “Shannon was a very talented woodworker and took great pride in his work. He took excellent care of his mother, especially after losing his father. Rocky DeGori was a great friend to Shannon. Shannon will greatly be missed.”

Survivors include mother Candace Petrovick; one brother, Sean Petrovick and his wife Valerie, of Newton, NJ; and two nephews, Thomas and Harrison Petrovick.

Cremation will take place at the Lakewood Crematory, Lake Ariel.

Memorial donations can be made to the local animal shelter of one’s choice.
