 COUNTY – A dog has safely returned to its owner thanks to a microchip, dog license and a simple phone call. Honesdale resident Dale Tuttle, an over the road trucker, was making a delivery at Save-A-Lot in Humboldt, TN when his dog, Jetson, ran off.
