The Wayne/Pike MCL Detachment #640 took donations for Marine Corps Roses at Dutch's Market on Sunday, June 7th. The money raised goes for projects such as The Wounded Warriors, Marines Helping Marines, the Gino J. Merii Veterans Center and sending packages to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The MCL Detachment expects to be doing the same at Walmart July 11th and July 15th. Chaplain Steve Zurad is seen giving a Marine rose to a young customer at Dutch’s.
