Participants are wanted for this year’s Santa Parade in Honesdale. The parade is scheduled for Friday, November 27 (rain date Saturday, November 28). Line up will begin at 5 p.m. (exact location to be advised) and the parade will kick-off at 6 p.m.
The parade will end in Central Park and be immediately followed by the traditional tree lighting ceremony which this year will include the unveiling of Lionel's model of Honesdale’s Stourbridge Lion.
“Businesses, community groups, school groups, and non-profit groups from all over the county and surrounding areas are welcome to participate in this fun, holiday event,” said Gail Tucker, Executive Director, Greater Honesdale Partnership.
