The Greater Honesdale Partnership would like to remind Honesdale area businesses of its annual meeting which is set for Thursday, November 5, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at the Visitors Center.
This meeting is open to GHP members and non-members alike. There is no cost to attend and they are anticipating a great turn-out, said Gail Tucker, GHP Executive Director. “This is an opportunity for business owners to share their thoughts, join in some open conversation, and find out what the organization that has their best interests at heart can and is doing for you,” she added.
Guest speakers will be Steve Motichka, who will discuss plans to build a working Stourbridge Lion replica, and Al Siebold, Managing Director, Stourbridge Railroad, who will share what we can hope to expect in the future regarding tourism and the railroad. Also in attendance to answer questions and take suggestions will be members of the GHP Board of Directors.
The GHP invites ALL greater Honesdale businesspeople to come out and share ideas, views, opinions, and questions on November 5. For more information, please contact Gail at 253-5492 or Tom at 253-3080.
