Pa. State Police report that a passenger, Caitlin Grasso, who was in the collision on Ledgedale Road November 10th, has died from injuries she suffered in the crash.
Police released the update on Thursday, Nov. 20. Ms. Grasso was 19, and from Newfoundland.
She and another back seat passenger suffered severe injuries when they were ejected from a vehicle that rolled on Ledgedale Road.
Casondra Laspisa, 18, of Greentown, Pike County, was traveling west in a 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier on Ledgedale Road when she lost control of her vehicle after rounding a curve in the roadway, according to State Police. The vehicle then hit a utility pole and rolled into the passenger side.
Justin Davis, 18, of Hamlin was the other passenger.
 David and Grasso were flown to the Community Medical Center (CMC) in Scranton. The front seat passengers, Laspisa and a 16-year old female from  Newfoundland, had moderate injuries. They were taken by ambulance to CMC.
The accident occurred south of Lake Wallenpaupack, near Route 507 at 4 p.m.
