HONESDALE - St. Vincent’s School, which serves pre-kindergarten through 8th grade, is shutting down June 9, 2009. The Catholic school, a part of St. John the Evangelist parish, is one of several being closed by the Diocese of Scranton due to dropping enrollment.
Alumni of St. Vincent’s School and its predecessor, the Honesdale Catholic School, are encouraged to share their thoughts and memories of the school, the teachers and administrators, and how Catholic education in Honesdale has benefited you in life.
