Marianne Milks of Honesdale is organizing a soup luncheon, “Soup for Soup” this Friday, 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 11 St., Honesdale. Donations ($7) will help fund a soup distribution to Haitian earthquake victims, she is organizing. She is holding handcrafts from Nepal, which also will be sold for this project.
