HONESDALE — Ever since she was a little girl in Brooklyn, Maria Lina always dreamt of opening her own clothing store. She recalls going to a small store in Brooklyn and purchasing items to flesh out her Barbie’s wardrobe, even pretend playing proprietor of a “Barbie Boutique”.
After vacationing many times in Wayne County, Lina fell in love with our area, saying, “Every season is more beautiful than the last,” and now those pretend playtimes and dreams are a reality, as Everlasting Vintage and Modern holds its grand opening on Main Street in Honesdale today.
Everlasting Vintage and Modern vends both vintage and modern clothing and accessories that cater to all tastes and eras. “I look forward to carefully choosing and buying the most unique pieces of clothing, jewelry, handbags, and accessories I can find,” says Lina.
