WORKING THE NIGHT AWAY, Leeward Construction poured the concrete deck for the new Church Street Bridge in Honesdale, beginning on schedule at 10 p.m., Tuesday. Pat Resti, Project Manager, said they needed to do the work at night to take advantage of cooler temperatures. They expected to be there at least seven hours. Among the 20 or more workers was seven year old Matt Linde, hoisted high on the rig that spans the deck, with Leeward worker Mike Bonham. Matt is the son of company owner Gary Linde. "He's our future VP," boasted Gary, of his little man.
