Pennsylvania Humane Society Officer Marlene Metzger, Dessin Animal Shelter, is asking for the public's help in locating the owner of the above dog, found running along Route 6, just west of Hawley, Wednesday. A chain around the dog's neck was embedded and had to be surgically removed.
