Both directions of the Route 6 bridge both directions over Interstate 84, Pike County, are now open following reconstruction.
The bridge was part of a multi-year contract for the rehabilitation of 29 bridges in Pike and Lackawanna counties. That included 15 bridges on I-84 EB in Pike County and one bridge in Lackawanna County. On I-84 Westbound  there were 11 bridges in Pike County, and one bridge in Lackawanna County.
Also included was this one bridge on Route 6 over I- 84 in Pike County.
Work included concrete bridge deck repair, removal of portion of existing structures, bridge joint repair, resurfacing, painting existing structural steel, guiderail and pavement markings.  Contractor was HRI.
