Everyone deserves a moment or two dedicated to relaxation and feeling healthier. At Apple Day Spa and Hair Restoration Center in Honesdale, they are there to help by teaming up with the “Weight” No More competition.
This is the second year the spa has gotten involved with the competition and the staff is as excited as ever. “Weight” No More encourages getting healthier and losing weight safely during the 12-week journey.
“We are so excited to get involved with the community” said Karen Houshultz, owner of Apple Day Spa.
Losing weight and getting healthy is never an easy task to keep up with. The staff of the spa has developed a package of incentives to help keep the motivation and spirit running on high throughout the 12-week journey.
“We have a lot of great incentives to stick with it,” Houshultz says. One incentive is a goody bag, valued at over $100, with the purchase of the Isagenix Cleanse program.
“This isn’t like other cleanses,” she reassures, “It focuses on putting nutrition back in your body. It’s not a colon cleanse.”
The Isagenix Cleanse program can be done over a period of nine or 30 days, depending on your needs. The program uses a variety of supplements that focus on giving the body herbs, vitamins and minerals that speed up the natural removal of impurities from the body. The influx of herbs also helps give the body key nutrients that it may otherwise be missing.
“It’s completely organic,” Houshultz says, “it helps balance you out. You can also use the products to supplement your diet.” There are also nutritional consultants available to help design a cleanse that fits you.

Apple Day Spa is also giving away two grand prizes, one for the male and female winners of the entire competition. This package includes s body contour wrap, one-month unlimited sauna, detoxifying ion foot bath, hydrotherapy soak, massage chair session, hand paraffin treatment and a makeup lesson for the woman and a haircut for the man. This package is valued at $304.
