At approximately 2 a.m. Monday, April 21, several area fire companies were being dispatched to a working structure fire at a professional office building containing Lakeside Family Vision Care. The structure appeared heavily gutted, with the roof caved in. Dr. Amy Neal and husband Dr. Michael Neal have their offices across from the Wallenpaupack Area High School ballfield on Route 6, at Wilson Drive. Other businesses listed on the sign are Paupack Insurance, Health Food and Pocono Mountain Modular Homes. State Police fire marshals arrived at about 9 a.m.  More information will be published when it becomes available.
