May is your month to speak up for your favorite restaurants. The second annual Reader's Choice Awards Best In Dining vote is on! Restaurant lovers from across Wayne County and the Lake Region have the opportunity to vote for their favorite restaurants throughout the month of May!
This year's contest has expanded to 73 categories, ranging from best pancakes to best fine dining.
Voters also get automatically entered into a drawing for cool food prizes from local eateries.
Use the link on this story to download your official ballot. Ballots will also appear in The Wayne Independent on May 9, 12, 15, 21, 23 and 27. It will appear in the Independent Extra on May 8 and 22. Ballots and ballot boxes are also available at participating restaurants.
Winners will be announced in June.
