The weather has been very windy lately and the windmills on top of the mountain have been in full motion for making electricity. Its on our mountain, but the electricity is going elsewhere. This doesn't make much sense.

Handy hint: Letter Writing! You can write letters in secretary's notebooks whenever you are waiting someplace, such as at the beauty or barber shop, the doctor's office, in the car when you pick up children, and so forth. A tablet makes lap writing easy, and the people who care about you don't care if you have fancy stationery. When you are occupied, the waiting time seem shorter, and besides, you've used time that would otherwise be wasted. (Unless, of course, you're reading a good book--then the waiting time is never wasted!) Keep envelopes addressed to people you write to frequently so that you can insert newspaper clippings and cartoons that you think will interest that person. Then, when you are ready to write a letter, you'll have the clippings where they belong, ready to go.

Joke for this week: Two country boys went away for a long weekend's fishing. They spent a fortune on renting all the equipment—reels, rods, wading suits, rowboat, car, even a cabin in the woods—but figured that it would be worth it. They found the best spot on the lake but on the first day they caught absolutely nothing. It was the same story on the second day. Not a single bite. Finally on the third day they struck it lucky, but even then it was just one small fish.
As they were driving home, the brighter of the pair said:
"Do you realize that this one lousy fish we caught cost us one thousand, five hundred bucks?"
"Wow!" said his friend. "Then it's a good thing we didn't catch any more!"
Keep Smiling!
