Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Daniels, Waymart, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.  They were married September 22, 1984 in Calvary United Methodist Church, Waymart, by the Rev. Donald Roberts, Sr.
They were attended by Thelma (Anderson) Dailey; Darlene (Yarbrough) Barhite, Deborah (Yarbrough) Drake-Askew, Sarah (Yarbrough) Durso, and Sandi (Yarbrough) Mills, daughters of the bride; Mae Dickinson, sister-in-law of the bride; Susan (Daniels) Warnock, daughter of the bridegroom; Darlene Dolph and Ruth Ann Williams, sisters of the bridegroom; Gary Dailey, Paul Dubee, Mickey Barhite, Thomas Drake; the late Harold Dickinson, brother of the bride;  John Warnock, son-in-law of the bridegroom; Jackie Williams, brother-in-law of the bridegroom; and Scott Daniels, son of the bridegroom.
Mrs. Daniels is the former Shirley (Dickinson) Yarbrough, daughter of the late Herbert L. & Leathea E. (Bennett) Dickinson.  Mrs. Daniels is a 1957 graduate of Tunkhannock High School.  She retired from Clarks Summit State Hospital in 2000.
 Mr. Daniels is the son of the late Gerald & Mary (Shaffer) Daniels.  Mr. Daniels is a 1957 graduate of Waymart High School.  He is a veteran of the U. S. Navy, and he retired from SCI Waymart Corrections, formerly Farview State Hospital in 1993.
 The couple have twelve children, Darlene (Yarbrough) Barhite, Waymart; Terry Yarbrough, Lake Ariel; Timothy Yarbrough, Rome, Georgia; Deborah (Yarbrough) Drake-Askew, Factoryville; William Yarbrough, Carbondale; Gordon Yarbrough, Frackville; Shane Yarbrough, Carbondale; Sarah (Yarbrough) Durso, Carbondale; Sandi (Yarbrough) Mills, Throop; Susan (Daniels) Warnock, Waymart; Charles Eisenhauer, Lakeland, Florida; and Scott Daniels, Waymart.  They also have twenty-four grandchildren (two deceased,) and twenty-two great grandchildren.
 They marked the occasion with a surprise party at Chinchilla Fire Hall hosted by their daughters Darlene Barhite, Debbie & Harold Askew, Sarah & Donald Durso, and Sandi & Chris Mills.
