The Central United Methodist Church, Honesdale, was the setting September 27th, 2008 for the wedding of Karen Michelle Munger and Joseph David Dalesky, both of Honesdale. The Bride is the daughter of Robert and Virginia Munger, Honesdale. The bridegroom is the some of Rosa Dalesky, Honesdale and the late Joseph James Dalesky.
The Rev. Rebekah Sweet officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony.
Erin Stinavage, Honesdale, sister of the bride , was Matron of Honor; bridesmaids were Katherine Stinavage, Thompson, Pa., friend of the bride; Sarah Fisch, Honesdale, friend of the bride; and Katherine Fisch, Honesdale, friend of the bride.
Kimberly Wilson, Quakertown, Pa. cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
Jim Frisbie, Honesdale, Nephew of the Bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were Arthur Mitchell, Randy Henning, friends of the bridegroom; and John Stinavage, brother-in-law of the Bride, all of Honesdale.
Alexander Dalesky, Honesdale, son of the Bridegroom, was ring bearer.
A 4 p.m. reception was held at Ehrhardts Waterfront Restaurant, Hawley.
The Bride is a graduate of Honesdale High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing from Luzerne County Community College. She is a Nursing Assistant at Marian community Hospital, Carbondale, Pa.
The Bridegroom is a graduate of Honesdale High School. He is a cook at the Halfway House Restaurant, Honesdale.
Joseph and Karen are the parents to Jennifer, Amanda, Valerie, AJ, Garret, and Mason.
The couple resides in Honesdale.
