The Wayne Independent is putting the finishing touches on its annual guide to summer and fall fun, Do Something! magazine. We want to be sure your event is part of our megalist that will appear in the 10,000-plus copies being distributed throughout Wayne County. Best of all -- the listing runs free of charge!

If your group, agency, charity, church or club is holding a public event between June 20 and October 31, please be sure to send us the details by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 1! We also want to hear from clubs hosting concerts.

Please include the day, date and hours of the event; a brief description (ex: walking tour; concert; talent show; carnival; flea market; car wash; etc.); admission price (or if it is free); a phone number we can print for more information and any other pertinent information. Please include a name and contact (this will not be printed) in case we have any questions.

In addition to running in our annual magazine, your listing will also appear in The Wayne Independent in the days before your event in our daily Do Something listing on the front page!
