Great live music from young artists – that’s what you’ll hear at Honesdale High School’s Spring Band Concert on Tuesday, May 27th, at 7pm in the high school auditorium.  Doors open at 6:40pm.  Tickets are $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for senior citizens and students.

A great way to spend a spring evening, you’ll be treated to selections ranging from Billy Joel’s “Root Beer Rag” to Mozart’s “The Marriage of Figaro” to highlights from the musical “Les Miserables.”  Also on the program are these works: “Festivo”(Vaclav Nelhybel); “Ceremoniale” (Elliot Del Borgo); “Chorale and Shaker Dance” (John Zdechlik); “March of the Belgium Parachutists” (Pieter Leemans);  and “Amazing Grace” (arr. Frank Tichelli).
