Absentee ballots counted after election

Wayne County, Pa. -
Absentee ballots were not counted until after polls closed on Election Night, Tuesday, said Cindy Furman, director, Wayne County Bureau of Elections. A story about the election in Friday’s paper incorrectly said the ballots were counted prior to the election.
