The grand opening for "Imagine Art" will take place on Saturday, July 31, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sullivan County Museum at 265 Main St. in Hurleyville, N.Y.
The exhibit is presented by the Sullivan County Historical Society. Exhibited will be 40 paintings by adult residents of New Hope. The paintings will be for sale. Children are invited to the grand opening with a "kids project" such as sun-catchers, origami and other fun things.
The exhibit runs through Aug. 22. Light refreshments will be offered. For more information, call 845-434-8044.
