    HONESDALE - The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County:
    ROSEANN CARIDAD, age 30 of Lakeville, was sentenced in three separate cases, to the Intermediate Punishment Program for a total of not less than 60 months for one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Endangering the Welfare of Children: as Parent/Guardian, a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree, and one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $100, be placed on house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 60 days, continue with drug and alcohol treatment, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with treatmen recommendations, comply with all directives of Wayne County Children and Youth Services, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay for the costs.
    The incidents occurred between November 7, 2013 to April 10, 2014, in Waymart Borough, Paupack Township, and Salem Township.
    SUSAN FRESHOUR, age 48 of Honesdale, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 2 months nor more than 18 months for one count of Possession Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, and continue with mental health treatment.
    The incident occurred on September 6, 2013, in Honesdale Borough.
    DOMINICK DIMICK, age 31 of Hawley, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months, for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000, Cooperate with drug and alcohol addiction treatment, complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Course, perform 50 hours of community service, and maintain employment.
    The incident occurred on February 1, 2014, in Texas Township. His BAC was .227%.
    CASEY HUNT, age 41 of Waymart, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 4 months nor more than 12 months for one count of False Identification to Law Enforcement Authorities, a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    Page 2 of 3 - He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and obtain employment while on parole. The incident occurred on January 23, 2012, in Salem Township.
    THOMAS CHIUSANO, age 36 of Damascus,, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 12 months for one count of Simple Assault, a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, and complete an anger management course.
    The incident occurred on March 21, 2014, in Damascus Township.
    ANTHONY JOSEPH ESTRELLA, age 22 of Lake Ariel, was sentenced, on four separate cases, to a State Correctional Institute for a period of not less than 22 months nor more than 60 months for one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Terroristic Threats, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree, one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, Harassment, a Summary Offense, and Disorderly Conduct, a Summary Offense.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and pay fines in the amount of $630.
    The incidents occurred between October 24, 2012 and January 9, 2014, in Paupack Township, Waymart Borough, and Lake Township.
    ROGER KENYON age 40 of Equinunk, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months, for one count of Retail Theft, a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300, pay restitution in the amount of $356.48 with co-defendant Rayna Pierson, perform 50 hours of community service, and maintain full time employment while on probation.
    The incident occurred between January 17, 2014 and February 10, 2014, in Texas Township.
    ANDREW OTT, age 19 of Beach Lake, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months, for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300, pay restitution in the amount of $105, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, perform 50 hours of community service, and obtain full time employment.
