HONESDALE - Doesn’t this amazing sunshine and warm weather just want to make you dance?
Well then head down to The Cooperage to experience the joy of Dance!, an evening of expressive movement.
On Wednesday, July 2 at 7 p.m., The Cooperage at 1030 Main Street in Honesdale will once again be a safe space where all will be encouraged to move in their own unique ways and to release their deepest creative impulses.
Dance!, facilitated by Daniel Frangos is not a dance party...it’s an hour-ish long journey in which you explore your energy body while moving in your own unique and creative ways.
“Dance! encourages everyone to express their authentic self through uniquely inspired creative movements.” says Frangos.
All are welcome. Think you have two left feet? That’s not a problem! No dance experience is necessary.
It’s fun, it’s a workout and it’s a chance to kick back and let out some energy!
And who knows...you may even learn something new about yourself.
Daniel Frangos, MA, facilitates individuals and groups to embody their full potential through movement.
He has training in ecstatic dance, transformative movement, soul motion, martial arts and other expressive body modalities.
Suggested donation is $5. Doors open at 6:45 p.m., the dance wave begins at 7 p.m. Dress to move freely.
The Cooperage is operated by the The Cooperage Project, a not-for-profit organization that seeks to build community through performance, learning and good times.
