WAYNE COUNTY - Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) have arrested and charged Louis Ogden, 51, of South Canaan Township, with attempted criminal homicide.
According to police, Ogden shot his niece, Rebecca Pisall, 20, Friday morning. Troopers found the victim with a gunshot wound. Pisall was flown to Geisinger CMC Hospital for treatment.
The PSP are attempting to locate three possible witnesses - a male and two females - who were seen leaving the residence shortly after the shooting. They are operating a black Hyundai 4-door sedan with a Pennsylvania registration of JHJ8249.
Ogden was remanded to the Wayne County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 25, 9 a.m., before Magistrate Ted Mikulak.
