    The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County:
    ANDREW J. OTT, age 42 of Equinunk was placed on probation for a period of 24 months for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and perform 50 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on October 28, 2013, in Manchester Township when Ott was in possession of Heroin.
    ROBYN L. BRITTON, age 25 of Honesdale was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and continue with mental health treatment.
    The incident occurred on July 22, 2014, in Texas Township when Britton stole items from a local department store.
    RAYMOND L. RIVERA, age 21 of Lake Ariel was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 18 months for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $1,107.78, and undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment.
    The incident occurred between October 8, 2013, and October 16, 2013, in Salem Township when Rivera stole a debit card.
    MINDY KRUPAR, age 32 of Hawley was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of Acquisition or Obtaining Possession of Controlled Substance –Misrep, an ungraded Felony and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and pay a fine in the amount of $800. The incident occurred between March 10, 2012, and April 24, 2012, in Texas Township when Krupar forged a prescription in an attempt to obtain Percocet pills.
    At that time Krupar was in possession of a stolen prescription pad.
    DONALD HOWANITZ, age 38 of Waymart was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of Disorderly Conduct-Engage in Fighting, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.

    The incident occurred on January 22, 2014, in Waymart Borough when Howanitz pushed a Pennsylvania State Trooper in the chest.
    JOSE MOMPIE, age 55 of Gouldsboro was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked, graded as a Summary offense.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $800, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program and obtain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on October 13, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed Mompie traveling with a dysfunctional head light. His BAC was .093%.
    DANIEL KNECHT, age 26 of Damascus was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 12 months for one count of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, and obtain full time employment.
    The incident occurred between September 17, 2013, and November 6, 2013, in Damascus Township when Knecht failed to complete registration requirements pursuant to Megan’s Law/Adam Walsh Act.
    JONATHON SEYMOUR, age 26 of Carbondale was placed on probation for a period of 18 months for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300, undergo go a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, continue with mental health treatment and have no contact with the co-defendant in this matter.
    The incident occurred on December 6, 2013, in Texas Township when Seymour and a co-defendant stole merchandise from a local department store.
    MARY H. WILLIAMS, age 48 of Honesdale was sentenced to pay Court costs, for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    She was also ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $300. The incident occurred on October 7, 2013, in Texas Township when stole merchandise from a local department store.
    Page 3 of 4 - CATHERINE A. GULBIN, age 48 of Los Alamos, NM was placed on probation for a period of 18 months for three counts of Official Oppression-Infringement of Rights, graded as Misdemeanors of the 2nd Degree.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, continue with mental health treatment and have no contact with the victim in this matter.
    The incident occurred between August 2013, and January 2014, in Canaan Township when Gulbin engaged in a sexual relationship with an inmate while employed at SCI-Waymart.
    BRIAN OLIVERI, age 44 of Gouldsboro was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on June 30, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed Oliveri cross the double yellow lines. His BAC was .134%.
    RITA L. LANG, age 55 of Honesdale was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have her operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on March 18, 2014, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police observed Lang to be traveling in the wrong lane. Her BAC was .226%.
    RICHARD DAVIS, age 56 of Hamlin pled guilty to one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on January 17, 2014, in Salem Township.
    His BAC was .106%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on August 7, 2014.
    CHARLES D. SMITH, age 44 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on January 24, 2014, in Honesdale Borough. His BAC was .198%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 31, 2014.
    TORI A. MORGAN, age 20 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of DUI-Cont Sub-Impaired Ability/1st Offense, both ungraded Misdemeanors.
    The incident occurred on March 28, 2014. She is scheduled to be sentenced on August 7, 2014.
    JESSICA A. GUGLIELMINO, age 32 of Hawley pled guilty to one count of Criminal Attempt-Retail Theft, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree.

    DENISE C. SMITH, age 40 of Honesdale pled guilty, in two separate cases, to two counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree and a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incidents occurred between October 13, 2013, and February 10, 2014, in Honesdale Borough. She is scheduled to be sentenced on August 7, 2014.
    CURTIS J. SHUPE, age 48 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of Terroristic Threats-Violent Crime with Intent to Terrorize, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on May 30, 2014, in Honesdale Borough. He is scheduled to be sentenced on August 7, 2014.
