    HONESDALE - The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County:
    LORRIANE MATERN, age 45 of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program and perform 50 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on January 17, 2014, in Salem Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Matern traveling with an expired inspection sticker. Her BAC was .142%.
    JOHN E. KRESGE, age 39 of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program and obtain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on December 28, 2013, in Texas Township when Kresge ran into a ditch. His BAC was .115%.
    CURTIS JAGGARS, age 26 of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 12 months for one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $169, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and obtain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on December 10, 2013, in Texas Township when Jaggars stole a heater from a local department store.
    RICHARD WINTERS, age 24 of Newfoundland was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 months nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and perform 50 hours of community service.
    Page 2 of 3 - The incident occurred on October 20, 2012, in Dreher Township when Winters delivered Oxycodone pills.
    MAGDA L. FEBUS, age 18 of Waymart was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $337.40, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, obtain full time employment and obtain a GED within six months.
    The incident occurred on November 10, 2013, in Waymart Borough when Febus received a stolen electronic device.
    BRIAN T. MARTIN, age 47 of Waymart was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on October 14, 2013, in Canaan Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .18%.
    TREVOR C. JOHNSON, age 21 of Honesdale was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 90 days.
    The incident occurred on January 18, 2014, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash.
    His BAC was .019%. Johnson was also under the influence of Marijuana at that time.
    STEVEN YOUNG, age 32 of Lakeville was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on January 18, 2013, in Hawley Borough when Hawley Borough Police observed Young traveling at a high rate of speed. His BAC was .184%.
    STEPHEN DUBOIS, age 36 of Honesdale was sentenced to pay all Court costs for one count of Bad Checks an ungraded Summary.
    Page 3 of 3 - He was also ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $150. The incident occurred between September 19, 2013, and October 4, 2013, in Texas Township when Dubois passed a bad check to a local business.
    CODY R. CAPASSO, age 21 of Hawley pled guilty to one count of Carrying a Concealed Firearm Without a License, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on January 17, 2014, in Salem Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
    ERIN A. LEWANDOWSKI, age 22 of Lake Ariel pled guilty to one count of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    The incident occurred on April 17, 2014, in Paupack Township. She is scheduled to be sentenced on July 31, 2014.
    KIMIBERLY A. GILLETTE, age 52 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of DUI-Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree, one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked- DUI Related, graded as a Summary offense.
    The incident occurred on March 20, 2014, in Lehigh Township. She is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
    NICOLE BIGLIN, age 28 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree, one count of Possession of Heroin, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Identity Theft, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on February 24, 2014, in Texas Township. She is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
    JAY R. WILSON, age 39 of Lake Ariel pled guilty to one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on November 8, 2013, in Salem Township. At that time Wilson refused to submit to the drawing of a blood sample for chemical testing.
    He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
