    WAYNE COUNTY - The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County:
    AMY K. RYCZAK, age 37 of Jermyn was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 5 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Veh/Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 50 hours of community service, continue mental health treatment and maintain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on December 9, 2012, in Sterling Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. Her BAC was .27%.
    ROBERT M. ROSE, age 21 of Hampden, MA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 60 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree, one county of Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure, graded as a Felony of the 2nd Degree, one count of Criminal Trespass-Enter Structure, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree, one count of Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, one count of Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Criminal Mischief, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500, pay restitution in the amount of $2,998.25, continue with drug and alcohol treatment, continue with mental health treatment and maintain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on March 20, 2013, in Dyberry Township when Rose broke into two private homes, stole an ATV. At that time Rose was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
    FRANKIE ORTIZ, age 32 of Honesdale was sentenced, in two separate cases, to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 22 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, and one count of Bad Checks, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    Page 2 of 8 - The first incident occurred on January 29, 2013, in Hawley Borough when Ortiz assaulted a female victim. The second incident occurred between July 12, 2013, and July 24, 2013, in Honesdale Borough when Ortiz passed a bad check to a local grocery store.
    SEAN W. STINNARD, age 22 of Honesdale was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $50, continue with drug and alcohol treatment, obtain full time employment and obtain a GED.
    The incident occurred on October 16, 2013, in Dyberry Township when Stinnard received a boat knowing that it was stolen.
    PATRICK ESTUS, age 53 of Moscow was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and obtain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on June 29, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed Estus traveling at a high rate of speed. His BAC was .095%.
    RICHARD HAGER, III, age 36 of Jefferson Twp was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of 90 days followed by 60 months less 90 days on the Intermediate Punishment Program for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked, graded as a Summary offense.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 100 hours of community service and obtain full time employment.
    The incident occurred on August 14, 2013, in Salem Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Hager cross the center double lines. His BAC was .16%.
    TORI ANN MORGAN, age 20 of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 63 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of DUI-Cont Sub-Impaired Ability/1st Offense, also an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.

    The incident occurred on October 25, 2013, in Salem Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Morgan weaving within her lane of travel. At that time Morgan was in possession of Heroin.
    NEELY GARVEY, age 43 of Madison Twp, was sentenced to the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 months for one count of DUI or Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 90 days, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program, maintain employment, and perform 50 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on October 3, 2013, in Sterling Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a two vehicle crash. Her BAC was .135%.
    DANIEL W. DEVRIEZE, age 48 of Equinunk was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days nor more than 18 months for one count of Manufacture of Controlled Substance, and ungraded Felony.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250 for the cost of the sample.
    The incident occurred on September 10, 2013, in Lebanon Township when DeVrieze was discovered to be in possession of Marijuana plants.
    AMY MORTIMORE, age 28 of Beach Lake was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have her operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on December 8, 2013, in Berlin Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Mortimore traveling at a high rate of speed. Her BAC was .122%.
    DANIELLE A. ZIPPERLEN, age 23 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, an ungraded Felony.
    Page 4 of 8 - The incident occurred on December 18, 2013, in Honesdale Borough. She faces a sentence of up to 15 years in prison and up to $250,000.00 in fines. Because of the weight of the Heroin that she possessed there is a mandatory minimum sentence of 2 years in prison and a mandatory minimum fine of $5,000.
    GLENN SMITH, age 47 of Covington was sentenced, in two separate cases, to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Follow Too Closely, graded as a Summary offense, and one count of DUI or Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $2,525, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program and obtain full time employment.
    The first incident occurred on May 19, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed Smith traveling at a high rate of speed. His BAC was .248%.
    The second incident occurred on October 30, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township observed Smith traveling at a high rate of speed. At that time, Smith refused to submit a blood sample for chemical testing.
    TRACY L. WILLIAMS, age 26 of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300, continue with drug and alcohol treatment and perform 50 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on March 28, 2013, in Berlin Township when Williams possessed Heroin.
    ROBERT MCQUONE, JR., age 30 of Gouldsboro was sentenced, in two separate cases, to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 18 days nor more than 12 months for two counts of DUI-Highest Rate, both ungraded Misdemeanors.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $2,000, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an alcohol highway safety program and perform 50 hours of community service.
    The first incident occurred on July 13, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed McQuone cross the double yellow lines.
    His BAC was .170%. The second incident occurred on August 10, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed McQuone traveling at a high rate of speed. His BAC was .179%.
    Page 5 of 8 - BARBARA FARKAS, age 57 of Hamlin was sentenced to pay all Court costs and a fine in the amount of $300 for one count of Disorderly Conduct –Hazardous/Physically Offensive, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    The incident occurred on July 19, 2013, in Lake Township when Farkas threatened others.
    KYLE A. ZUVIC, age 19 of Lakeville was placed on probation for 6 months for one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, one count of Drive Without Lights to Avoid Identification/Arrest, graded as a Summary offense and one count of Careless Driving, also graded as a Summary offense.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $525 and perform 100 hours of community service. The incident occurred on October 27, 2013, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police observed Zuvic traveling at a high rate of speed.
    STEVEN ESTUS, age 28 of Moscow was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Access Device Fraud: Using Credit Card Belonging to Another, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500, and pay restitution in the amount of $490.
    The incident occurred between November 5, 2013, and November 6, 2013, in Salem Township when Estus used a credit card belonging to another to make purchases at a local business.
     
    KYLE EDELMANN, age 24 of Lake Ariel was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month followed by 36 months on the Intermediate Punishment Program for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver, an ungraded Felony.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 6 months, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250 for the cost of the sample.
    The incident occurred on November 14, 2012, in Salem Township when Edelmann was in possession of Heroin.
    ASHLEY M. PINERO, age 30 of Tobyhanna was sentenced to pay all Court costs for one count of Bad Checks, graded as a Summary offense. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and a fine in the amount of $465.
    The incident occurred on February 23, 2013, in Lehigh Township.
    Page 6 of 8 - CHARLES RYAN, age 31 of Newfoundland was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 9 months nor more than 48 months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked, graded as a Summary offense.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $16,862.85, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250 for the cost of the sample.
    The incident occurred between June 9, 2013, and August 6, 2013, in Honesdale Borough when Ryan stole a Jeep.
    JAMES E. SIRO, age 48 of Shirley, NY, was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for count of Disorderly Conduct-Engage in Fighting, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and perform 50 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on January 26, 2014, in Hawley Borough when Siro engaged in a fight with a 17 year old juvenile.
    KYLE D. BARNHILL, age 21 of Searcy White, AR was sentenced to pay all Court costs for one count of Disorderly Conduct-Engage in Fighting and one count of Harassment-Strike, Shove, Kick or Other Physical Contact.
    He was also ordered to pay restitution jointly and severally with Joshua Williams in the amount of $16,528.88, and pay a fine in the amount of $300.
    The incident occurred on August 4, 2013, in Mount Pleasant Township when Barnhill was involved in a fight at a local bar.
    MARK LARNERD, age 35 of Gouldsboro was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on July 27, 2013, in Lehigh Township when Lehigh Township Police observed Larnerd traveling with a broken tail light. His BAC was .197%.
    STPEHEN RAMIREZ, age 51 of Lake Ariel was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 12 months related to DUI.

    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days.
    The incident occurred on December 1, 2013, in Dreher Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Hanor traveling with inoperable brake and tail lights. His BAC was .183%.
    SHARI LEE EVANS, age 46 of Lake Ariel was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI.
    She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and have her operator’s license suspended for a period of 30 days.
    The incident occurred on October 11, 2013, in Lake Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of an erratic driver. Her BAC was .158%.
    PETER CLIFFORD, age 28 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on December 1, 2013, in Texas Township. His BAC was over .10%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
    JENNIFER-LYNNE KELLER, age 36 of Prompton pled guilty to one count of Hinder Apprehension/Prosecution-Harbor or Conceal, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred on November 30, 2013, in Prompton Borough. She is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    TIMOTHY L. GIBBONS, age 26 of Honesdale pled guilty to one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony. The incident occurred between December 16, 2013, and December 18, 2013, in Honesdale Borough. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    RICHARD M. ESTRELLA, age 24 of Lake Ariel pled guilty to one count of Criminal Use of Communication Facility, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree.
    The incident occurred on December 7, 2013, in Salem Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    Page 8 of 8 - GREGORY M. CHESKY, age 31 of Lakeville pled guilty to one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspend/Revoked, graded as a Summary offense.
    The incident occurred on November 15, 2013, in Paupack Township. His BAC was .106%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
    CONNOR W. BESCHNER, age 22 of Philadelphia, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI/Sch 1 Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on November 27, 2013, in Salem Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    KARLIE B. LAIRD, age 20 of Waymart pled guilty to one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on December 7, 2013, in Salem Township. She is scheduled to be sentenced on June 19, 2014.
    ANDREW T. ROSLER, age 25 of Beach Lake pled guilty, in three separate cases, to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree, one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incidents occurred between October 15, 2013, and October 21, 2013, in Texas and Dyberry Townships. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    ANTHONY VENTICINQUE, age 35 of Moscow pled guilty to one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    The incident occurred on November 2, 2013, in Paupack Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    JAMES C. LEIDNER, age 23 of Red Bank, NJ pled guilty to one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree.
    The incident occurred on December 6, 2013, in Texas Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26, 2014.
    DAVID F. SANSKY, age 27 of Montrose pled guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on between October 15, 2012, and November 1, 2012, in Lake Township. He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 3, 2014.
