CLINTON TWP. - The South Clinton Baptist Church will hold its annual Good Friday service on April 18 at noon.

Several area pastors will each give a 15-minute meditation on the theme "Who hath believe our report?" from the Old Testament, prophet Isaiah, chapter 53.

Isaiah 53 is a prophetic look at the why and how of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion.

The following men will each take a verse or two as a text for their meditation: Pastor Bill Dodge, executive director, Keystone Rescue Mission Alliance, Scranton; Pastor Doug Rhine, Blooming Grove Baptist Church; Pastor Daniel Henwood, Canaan Bible Chapel, Varden; Pastor John Banks, Tabernacle Bible Church, Honesdale; Dr. William Finnigan, Mahoning Valley Rescue Mission; Pastor James Sheridan Jr., First Baptist Church of Hollisterville; and the host, Pastor Rand Kizer.

The church is at Route 296 and Stanton Drive, one mile north of the Waymart traffic light.
