    — The following cases were addressed by the Honorable Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County.
    JOHN R. COOK, age 27 of Madison Township was sentenced to a State Correctional Institution for a period of not less than 14 months nor more than 36 months for one count of Identity Theft, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, and pay restitution in the amount of $3,231.23.
    The incident occurred between May 3, 2012, and May 18, 2012 in Salem Township when Cook used the information of another to obtain a credit card.
    AMY L. WHITE, age 23 of Waymart was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $300, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, continue with mental health treatment and perform 25 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred between January 12, 2013, and January 29, 2013, in Texas Township when White stole merchandise from a local department store.
    BILLIE J. MILAVEC, age 33 of Honesdale was sentenced to a State Correctional Institution fora period of not less than 9 months nor more than 24 months for one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and pay restitution in the amount of $710.20.
    The incident occurred on March 5, 2012, in Texas Township when Milavec stole truck keys belonging to another.
    COREY M. WELLS, age 24 of Honesdale was sentenced, in two separate cases, to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 2 months nor more than 18 months for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, also an ungraded Misdemeanor.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 75 hours of community service and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison.
    The incidents occurred on April 24, 2012, and September 26, 2012, in Honesdale Borough and Berlin Township when Wells was in possession of drug paraphernalia and pills for which he had no valid prescription.
    Page 2 of 2 - JUSTIN SHOEMAKER, age 20 of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 9 months nor more than 36 months for one count of Criminal Conspiracy-Delivery of Non-Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 100 hours of community service and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison.
    The incident occurred between November 29, 2012, and November 29, 2013, in Honesdale Borough when Shoemaker conspired with three co-defendants to sell suspected Heroin.
    DEAN J. BARRON, age 21 of Honesdale was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to Make/Repair/Sell Etc. Offensive Weapons.
    He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and perform 40 hours of community service.
    The incident occurred on July 4, 2013, in Waymart Borough when Waymart Borough Police observed Barron traveling at a high rate of speed. At that time Barron was in possession of a switch blade knife.
    AUDAI HASSAN, age 19 of Lake Ariel pled guilty to one count of Criminal Attempt-Burglary, graded as a Felony of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on April 17, 2013, in Salem and Lake Townships. He is scheduled to be sentenced on December 19, 2013.
    JUDY A. EVANS, age 53 of Tobyhanna, pled guilty to one count of DUI-Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree.
    The incident occurred on July 6, 2013, in Lake Township when Pennsylvania State Police observed Evans cross the double yellow lines. Her BAC was .208%. She is scheduled to be sentenced on December 19, 2013.
