    — Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:
    Richard Chapman, age 21, of Matamoras was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Theft by Deception. On January 20, 2013, Chapman sold a generator to a business in Matamoras Borough. He represented himself as the owner of the generator knowing it had been stolen.
    Christopher Morgan, age 28, of Port Jervis, N.Y. was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 6 to 12 months and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Theft from a Motor Vehicle. On July 9, 2012, Morgan took a GPS unit and U.S. Currency from a vehicle in Matamoras Borough.
    Brandon Seminario, age 32, of Beach Lake was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 2 days to 23 ½ months and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Receiving Stolen Property.
    On October 10, 2012, in Greene Township, Seminario was found in possession of 53 pieces of rebar knowing they had been stolen.
    Angel Velez, age 32, of Bushkill was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 11 ½ to 23 ½ months followed by an additional 2 years of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. On April 25, 2012, Velez sold 25 oxycodone pills to another person for $250 knowing he was not licensed to do so.
    Shawn Mills, age 36, of Branchville, N.J. was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 8 to 23 ½ months and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crimes of Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, and Simple Assault.
    On July 6, 2013, Mills entered a residence in Matamoras Borough after kicking in the front door. Mills then proceeded to assault two people.
    Timothy Earle, age 19, of Mill Rift was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 2 to 23 ½ months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,100 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Indecent Exposure.
    On May 27, 2013 in Westfall Township, Earle drove his vehicle to a parking lot while under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was .067%. While in the parking lot, Earle exposed his penis and masturbated in full view of an adult female.
    Casey Gregoire, age 27, of Milford was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 2 ½ to 19 months followed by an additional 12 months of probation for the crimes of Theft by Deception, Defiant Trespass and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia.
    Page 2 of 2 - Between February 28 and March 11, 2013, on four separate occasions, Gregoire entered a business in Westfall Township, and took items from the shelves, then presented them for return indicating they were previously purchased to obtain store credit.
    In a separate incident on August 24, 2013, in Dingman Township, Gregoire went into residence after being told he was not allowed to enter, and then was found in possession of a glass pipe used to smoke marihuana.
