— This Sunday, Oct. 13, is the last Sunday open at the Wayne County Historical Society this year.
Come enjoy a visit to the past of Wayne County and join in on the program at 2 p.m. which is "Travel to the time of the Lenape Indians!"
This is a hands-on history event for children with Lisa Ohliger. Put on your Junior Archeologist badge and explore the Lenape Indians.
Children will have a chance to learn about everyday life of the region's Indians. Each child will create their very own shoulder bag or head dress. This is a fun, free and engaging event for the entire family.
