  • Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:
    Cindi Coppedge, age 50, of Dingmans Ferry was sentenced to the Intermediate Punishment program for 6 months, with 30 days of electronic monitoring, ordered to pay a fine of $ 1,000.00 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.
    On July 11 2012, Coppedge was found to be driving under the influence after she flipped her vehicle in Delware Township. She was found to be driving under a combination of Diazepam and Oxycodone.
    Charles Wahnon, age 21, of Hawley was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
    On May 13, 2013, Wahnon was found in possession of 2 Oxycodone pills, without a valid prescription, in the Pike County Probation Department in Milford Borough.
    Kyle Gonzales, age 23, of Newton, NJ was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 42 days to 12 months, ordered to pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
    On August 16, 2013, on Interstate 84 in Blooming Grove Township, Gonzales was found in possession of Heroin.
    Deniz Duman, age 27, of Milford was sentenced to 18 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $600 for the crime of Theft by Deception. Between March 9 and March 14, 2013 at various retail store locations in Westfall Township, Duman would take items from the shelves of the retail stores and return them at customer services indicating they were previously purchased in exchange for store credit.
    Frank McNeill, age 57, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Retail Theft.
    On February 29, 2012 in Westfall Township, McNeill took a desktop computer without paying the full retail value of $398.
    Eric Ostermiller, age 41, of Westtown, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 90 days to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.
    On April 17, 2013, in Shohola Township, Ostermiller drove his motorcycle off the road and was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .162%.
    Page 2 of 2 - Janelle Rude, age 34, of Greentown was sentenced to the Intermediate Punishment program for 6 months, with 30 days of electronic monitoring, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.
    On March 17, 2013, in Greene Township, Rude was found to be driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol was .108%.
    Warren Winters, age 37, of Greentown was sentence to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 1 to 12 months, ordered to pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
    On September 7, 2013, in Greene Township, Winters was found in possession of Heroin.
    Eric Decker, age 23, of Branchville, NJ was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 42 days to 12 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
    On August 16, 2013, on Interstate 84, in Blooming Grove Township Decker was found to be driving under the influence and in possession of Heroin.
    Crystal Ryno, age 25, of Matamoras was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months followed by an additional 6 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $1,200 and had her driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia.
    On May 22, 2013 in Matamoras Borough, Ryno was found to be driving under the influence of marihuana, morphine, and benzoylecgonine. Ryno was also found in possession of a glass pipe for the purpose of ingesting marihuana.
    Edna Haggerty, age 35, of Montague, NJ was sentenced to 12 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking.
    On May 12, 2013 in Westfall Township, Haggerty took over 76 lottery tickets, a carton of cigarettes, and chewing tobacco from her employer.
