This past weekend I hosted the 2nd Annual Bowling for Autism at Gravity Alley Bowling Center and it was a fun day for all who came out to support the cause.
Unfortunately there were some other big events going on this weekend so there was competition there, but luckily, we were able to raise a good amount to give to Fair Hill Farm Riding Academy.
At the end of the day over $800 was raised, which was really awesome considering there wasn't a huge crowd.
The raffle had 41 prizes and that was a huge hit. People were really into the variety of prizes available and the winners were so excited when they won.
I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support. It's greatly appreciated and helped make this event a success.
A special shout out goes to Gravity Alley, members of the newspaper and every business and individual who donated to the raffle or bake sale, who all had a part to play in making this event happen. Thank you all so much.
On our front page today is a story about the event, so make sure to check it out as well as some of the pictures that go with it.

Planning has already started for the 3rd Annual event and I'm looking forward to another successful year.
