News is everywhere. There's no question about that. It never stops. But there are many things that really don't need to be considered “news” or to make the top headline on a media source's website, particularly the gory details of celebrities' lives.

Sure, they are people too and I won't say I don't have a favorite actor or actress, etc...because I do. I don't mind hearing what's going on, like when Jensen Ackels' wife tweeted that they had their baby. That's definitely something exciting and worthwhile.
But honestly, I don't need to hear that there was "drama" in the room while Kim Kardashian was having her baby. It's giving birth—of course there's going to be drama. There's a lot going on and the mother is dealing with a lot of emotions and pain. What makes Kim so special that the idea there was stress in the hospital makes major headlines? Nothing.
Hell the only reason she and her family are famous in the first place is because of her STEP-dad. They are one of the worst things that somehow make national headlines-and for the most ridiculous things too.
Just yesterday when I was thinking of further examples, there was an article on Yahoo talking about how Miley Cyrus is obsessed with short shorts. Really?! Do I even need to go there?! This was in the third slot on their carousel.
Apparently this information is very imperative to our lives.
Right after that lovely bit of information was the fact that Hulk Hogan's daughter is engaged. Well I guess all you bachelors out there know she's off limits even though in this area she's probably on the other side of the country.
People get engaged every day, but you don't hear that on national headlines unless they're...drum roll please...a celebrity.
One of my favorites is when they talk about what celebrities name their babies. Again, from Yahoo, it was talking about how Jessica Simpson gave her newborn a "macho" name. YES! I've been waiting for this all year so it can help me make big decisions in my life.
There are so many things I can think of, but I'm pretty sure you have my point by now. I'm not saying I don't want to know when my favorite actor is filming a movie or if he's coming to the area and I have a chance to meet him or something, but things such as what I listed are completely unnecessary.
I guess we need to keep a look out today. We may just find out that Lindsey Lohan dyed her hair purple and got yellow and green striped shoes.
Because we all know that is the most important piece of wisdom we could ever have in our lives.
