  •  — The following cases were addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County, earlier this week.
    FRANK CAMP, age 22 of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 48 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, pay restitution in the amount of $2,000.60, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, attend and complete 50 hours of community service, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on September 21, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a two vehicle crash. His BAC was .127%.
    STEVEN GORMAN, age 28 of Waymart, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 23 1/2 months for two counts of Endangering Welfare of Children, graded as Misdemeanors of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, undergo sexual offender evaluation, have no contact with the victims in this matter and have no contact with any person under the age of 18 years of age. The incidents occurred between August 1, 2012, and September 22, 2012, in Damascus Township.
    MICHAEL ZAYATZ, age 20 of Lakeville, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 12 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on March 22, 2012, in Paupack Township when Zayatz was discovered to be in possession of a digital scale.
