WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH... AND LOCALLY UP TO 60 MPH... ARE POSSIBLE WITH SOME OF THE HEAVIER SHOWERS... OR ANY THUNDERSTORMS THAT DEVELOP. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE FORMATION OF ISOLATED TORNADOES... WITH ANY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. ADDITIONALLY... HEAVY DOWNPOURS COULD CAUSE AREAS OF MINOR FLOODING... IN HIGHLY URBANIZED LOCATIONS... OR AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE.
