A helpful guide for yoga newcomers.

Having had an on-again, off-again love affair with yoga for about 15 years, I decided to give it another try recently. I am one of the fortunate ones born a natural gumby and not being on the shy side, I used to love impressing my fifth grade buddies with the fact that both my feet could go behind my head. I had to stop doing this in high school because it sent out a different message. Arriving for my first yoga class back in the late 90s, I was pleased that once again I could twist myself into all sorts of weird positions with the encouragement of others. And you can too!
