  • — The following case was addressed by the Raymond L. Hamill, President Judge, Wayne County, on Thursday of this week.
    JOSHUA R. DALRYMPLE, age 34 of Philadelphia, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 15 days followed by 6 months less 15 days on the Intermediate Punishment Program for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $750.00, be placed on house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 60 days, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment and attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program. The incident occurred on February 18, 2012, in Hawley Borough when Hawley Borough Police observed Dalrymple fail to stop at a properly posted intersection. His BAC was .134%.
    MICHAEL DALRYMPLE, age 37 of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on February 18, 2012, in Hawley Borough when Dalrymple nearly struck a police vehicle. His BAC was .168%.
    COREY T. GIBBS, age 23 of South Sterling, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 32 days nor more than 18 months for three counts of DUI, all ungraded Misdemeanors. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, obtain full time employment upon being released from prison and perform 50 hours of community service. The first incident occurred on August 11, 2012, in Salem Township. His BAC was .105%. The second incident occurred on September 23, 2012, in Salem Township. His BAC was .107%. The third incident occurred on October 2, 2012, in Salem Township. His BAC was .154%.
    SHAWN M. HARLOS, age 30 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 18 months nor more than 36 months for one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The incident occurred between April 24, 2012, and June 12, 2012, in Texas Township when Harlos sold Cocaine to a confidential informant.

KENYON, age 27 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 months nor more than 60 months for one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Felony. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and pay a fine in the amount of $500.00. The incident occurred between March 23, 2012, and July 2, 2012, in Dyberry Township when Kenyon sold Marijuana to a confidential informant.
    STEVEN A. PEREZ, age 21 of Greentown, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of Harassment-Communicates Repeatedly in Another Manner, graded as Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, and pay restitution in the amount of $400.00.
    The incident occurred on April 19, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Perez had inappropriate contact with a female victim.
    LAURIE A. PHILLIPS, age 46 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced, in two separate cases, to a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 years nor more than 6 years for one count of Acquisition or Obtaining Poss of Cont Sub-Misrep, an ungraded Felony and one count of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $8,185.17, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The first incident occurred on April 18, 2012, in Salem Township when Phillips altered a prescription for Oxycodone. The second incident occurred on June 5, 2012, in Salem Township when Phillips stole a winning Pennsylvania Lottery ticket from a local business.
    SHAWN A. RAVERT, age 24 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 12 months nor more than 36 months for one count of Receiving Stolen Property, graded as a Felony of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay restitution in the amount of $6,405.00, and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample. The incident occurred between January 3, 2012, and January 3, 2012, in Oregon Township when Ravert received jewelry knowing that it had been stolen.
    MIKAELA S. TIGHE, age 34 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to pay a fine in the amount of $150.00 for one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise, graded as a Summary offense. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs. The incident occurred on October 7, 2012, in Texas Township when Tighe stole various items from a local department store.
