    INCIDENTS
    SCREEN DOOR DAMAGED — Jessica Busalacchi, 2 Cherry Ave., reported at 2:15 p.m. on March 8 that someone busted and damaged the rear screen door of her residence. She stated that she heard loud noises outside the residence between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m during the previous night. Officer Rebecca Clark filed the report.
    MAN CITED AS DISORDERLY — Jon-Tyler Mickavicz, 19, of Jessup was cited for disorderly conduct after smashing two windows of a vehicle owned by Frank Rienzo, 17 Green St., outside Rienzo's residence at 4:20 p.m. on March 14.
    MAN CITED FOLLOWING DISTURBANCE — James Hessling, 55, of 180 Park St. was cited for harassment and prohibited acts after causing a disturbance at his residence at 6:37 p.m. on March 15. Officer Brian Rock filed the report.
    MAN CITED FOR TRESPASSING — Eric Stephens Jr., 30, of Clifford Twp. was cited for defiant trespassing and causing an accident involving an unattended vehicle or property at 1:59 a.m. on March 16 after he parked his 2003 Ford F-350 in a posted private property area on Birkett St. which is owned by Michael Cornell, 99 Birkett St., without permission. Officer Fred Colonna filed the report.
    WOMAN CITED FOR DRUNKENNESS — Ashley Sobol, 22, of 68 Brook St. was cited for public drunkenness and prohibited acts after she was found laying in vomit and urine on South Main St. while in an intoxicated condition at 1:35 a.m. on March 17. She was transported by Cottage Hose Ambulance Co. to Mid-Valley Hospital. Officer Fred Colonna filed the report.
    MAN CITED FOR HARASSMENT — David Pollak, 50, of Jermyn was cited for harassment after verbally abusing parking enforcement officer Rachel Gaughan Walczak after she wrote him a ticket for an expired meter on South Main St. at 11:45 a.m. on March 19. Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
    ACCIDENTS
    VEHICLE STRUCK IN HIT-AND-RUN — Gary Farley, Forest City, told police that he was stopped at the intersection of North Main St. and North Church St. in his 2007 Chevrolet Impala at 1 p.m. on March 13 when an unidentified motorist in a light blue SUV struck his car while making a turn at the corner and then drove away without stopping. Farley's vehicle sustained damage to its driver's side front end. Chief Jeffrey Taylor filed the report.
    TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
    MOTORISTS CITED — Mackenzie Warren, 142 Spring St., was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit along Pike St. in a 2003 Pontiac at 7:11 a.m. on March 12. Officer David Fofi filed the report.
    Wayne Marsico Jr., Mayfield, was cited for exceeding the posted speed limit along Brooklyn St. in a Chevrolet truck at 7:55 p.m. on March 12. Officer David Fofi filed the report.
    Daniel Griebel, 21 44th St., was cited for failing to stop for a posted sign at the intersection of 7th Ave. and Clidco Dr. in a Mitsubishi sedan at 7:05 a.m. on March 14. Officer Fred Colonna filed the report.
