— The Wayne County Genealogy Group will hold its next meeting on Thursday, Feb. 28, at 4:30 p.m. at the Wayne County Public Library, 1406 Main St., Honesdale.
This month’s topic is “If You’re Irish, Come into the Parlor.” The group is open to both beginners and experienced family history researchers.

The Wayne County Genealogy Group meets at 4:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month, January through October.
Beginners and experienced family history researchers are always welcome to sit in on the discussions of techniques and resources for tracking ancestors.
The topics are not confined to Wayne County, but rather stress “how to” research in any part of the world.
Meetings are scheduled for Feb. 28 and March 28 at the Wayne County Public Library, 1406 Main St., Honesdale; April 25, May 23, June 27, July 25, Aug. 22, Sept. 26 and Oct. 24, at the Wayne County Historical Society, 810 Main St., Honesdale.
