    JASON ROWE, age 27 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 year nor more than 5 years for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $2,500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, perform 100 hours of community service, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on December 28, 2011, in South Canaan Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .224%.
    ROBERT VONSON, age 22 of Carbondale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of 30 days followed by 60 months less 30 days on the Intermediate Punishment Program for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,500.00, undergo house arrest with electronic monitoring for a period of 90 days, and perform 100 hours of community service. The incident occurred on March 24, 2012, in Canaan Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .192%.
    TYLER JACOB, age 19 of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 days nor more than 11 1/2 months for one count of Theft From a Motor Vehicle, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on June 11, 2012, in Damascus Township when Jacob stole a wallet from a vehicle.
    JAMES HEINZ, age 64 of Lakeville, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 days hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI or Controlled Substance, an graded Misdemeanor, one count of Driving on Right Side of Roadway, graded as a Summary offense and one count of Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, also graded as a Summary offense. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $2,550.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on February 1, 2011, in Paupack Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a 2 vehicle crash. His BAC was .109%.

He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, perform 100 hours of community service, submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250.00 for the cost of the sample, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred between July 6, 2012, and July 9, 2012, in Lake Township when Lembcke broke into a private residence.
    RYAN SCOTT, age 38 of Lake Como, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI-Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program, attend a minimum of 1 AA meeting per week, and perform 50 hours of community service. The incident occurred on June 25, 2012, in Mt. Pleasant Township when Pennsylvania State Police discovered Scott parked in the roadway. His BAC was .236%.
    KEVIN HUNTER, age 23 of Waymart, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 9 days nor more than 12 months for one count of Defiant Trespass-Actual Communication To, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, attend and complete an anger management program, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and obtain full time employment. The incident occurred on September 17, 2012, in Waymart Borough when Hunter got into a car belonging to another and refused comply with several requests to exit the vehicle.
    JOSEPH BENNETT, age 48 of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 10 months nor more than 36 months for one count of Harassment, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree and one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, attend an anger management program, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on July 16, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Bennett assaulted a female victim.

He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, pay a fine in the amount of $500.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and obtain full time employment upon being released from prison. The incident occurred on April 9, 2012, in Honesdale Borough when Vitale was discovered to be in possession of a pipe.
    ALEXANDER LOHMANN, age 23 of Honesdale, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days. The incident occurred on September 22, 2011, in Honesdale Borough when Honesdale Borough Police observed Lohmann traveling at a high rate of speed. His BAC was .215%.
    WENDELL L. ROSENGRANT, age 50 of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs, perform 40 hours of community service, attend and complete an Alcohol Highway Safety Program and have his operator’s license suspended for a period of 60 days. The incident occurred on October 19, 2012, in Lake Township when Pennsylvania State Police were called to investigate the report of a one vehicle crash. His BAC was .222%.
    ROBERT E. NOWALK, age 53 of Browndale, PA pled guilty to one count of DUI- Highest Rate, an ungraded Misdemeanor. The incident occurred on October 26, 2012, in Clinton Township when a Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission Officer observed Nowalk riding a motorcycle. His BAC was .165%. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 18, 2013.
    ANDREW D. ZIMAR, age 23 of Honesdale, PA pled guilty to one count of Simple Assault, graded as a Misdemeanor of the 2nd Degree. The incident occurred on December 4, 2012, in Preston Township when Zimar shoved a female victim to the ground and choked her. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 18, 2013.
