— The Wayne County Builders Association (WCBA) Home and Garden Festival has something for the whole family—most especially for children ages 5 through 12.
The Annual Children’s LEGO Building Contest is great opportunity for young people to have some fun, build a LEGO home and win fantastic prizes.
The seventh annual contest sponsored by JRG Advisors will be held Saturday, April 27 during the two-day WCBA Home and Garden Festival at Ladore Lodge Camp Retreat & Conference Center in Waymart. Contestants must pre-register for the contest since space is limited to 40 contestants.
The contest will include two age groups: 5 to 8 year olds and 9 to 12 year olds. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place.
“This is a popular event that fills up quickly!” says Laurie Lourie, Chief Executive Officer of the Wayne County Builders Association. “Parents are encouraged to pre-register their children early.”
