  • Eagle Scout project moves forward

  • At Tuesday night's meeting of the Waymart Borough Council, Adam Curtis spoke about his Eagle Scout project that he's working on. During January's meeting he and his brother Zach were looking for council approval for their proposed Eagle Scout projects.
